EuroFertile ("we", "us") operates eurofertile.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.

• If you submit an enquiry form, we share your details with relevant clinics — only with your consent.
• You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

What data we collect

Website browsing

We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking scripts. We do not collect any data about your browsing behaviour. Our site is static HTML served via Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log basic request data (IP address, page requested) as part of their standard CDN operation — see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Enquiry form

If you submit our "Find a Clinic" form, we collect:

• Treatment type you're interested in
• Preferred country
• Budget range
• Age range
• Email address
• Any additional message you provide

This data is sent to us via email (processed by SMTP2GO — see SMTP2GO's privacy policy). We do not store this data in a database.

How we use your data

Enquiry form data is used solely to:

1. Respond to your enquiry within 24 hours
2. Share your details with 2-3 relevant fertility clinics that match your preferences — only if you have consented via the checkbox on the form

We do not use your data for marketing, newsletters, or any other purpose unless you explicitly opt in.

Who we share data with

• Fertility clinics — only the ones matching your enquiry, and only with your consent. We share: your treatment interest, country preference, age range, email address, and any message you provided.
• SMTP2GO — processes our emails. Data transits through their servers. EU-compliant.
• Cloudflare — hosts our website. See their privacy policy.
• Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties.

Data retention

Enquiry emails are kept in our inbox for as long as needed to process your request (typically 30 days). We do not maintain a database of enquiries. Clinics that receive your referral have their own data retention policies — contact them directly.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you're in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access — ask what data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data
• Restriction — ask us to stop processing your data
• Portability — receive your data in a standard format
• Object — object to processing of your data

Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the consent checkbox on the enquiry form. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Children

Our services are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We won't reduce your rights without your consent.
